Family and Parent Support • Athy Community Family Resource Centre

We offer Family Support for parents, children, babies and individuals. We also offer 'Preparing For Life' mentorship, whereby a mentor would support the mother and child from pregnancy until the child goes to school. We offer a range of parenting classes from the Parents Plus programme. We have a parent and toddler group every Monday morning. We also offer the Rainbows programme for children affected by bereavement or separation. Staff are also trained in the Circle of Security support for families, Non-violent Resistance Training, as well as the 'Taking Action for Whole Health & Wellbeing' training. We offer support to anyone who presents themselves to us and if we can't help, we will point you in the direction of someone who can.
