Start From The Heart – Parent Support Group – Naas

• In Sync Youth and Family Services are hosting the trauma informed parenting support group: “Start From The Heart”This is a 10-week attachment-based parenting support group designed to support parents in reflecting on their own childhood experiences, early relationships, and attachment patterns. The programme provides a safe and supportive space for parents to explore how their upbringing and past experiences may influence their parenting style and relationships with their children. It also offers opportunities to strengthen parent-child connection, develop greater self-awareness, and explore ways to repair and nurture relationships following relational ruptures.

  Sessions will take place in person weekly and attendees are required to attend all sessions. This is to ensure they can fully benefit and to minimise disruption to other group members. If attendees miss more than 2 sessions, we may ask that they attend our next available group.
