Tusla Meitheal South Wicklow

Meitheal is a voluntary process that supports parents and their children/young people by identifying what they would like to be different in their lives so the young person can reach their full potential. The meitheal process involves the family, together with the services involved, creating a ‘team around the child’. Identifying the child's strengths and needs and agreeing a plan that is reviewed regularly, is an integral part of the process for the family. The meitheal process for children and young people is coordinated by Tusla Child & Family Support Network Coordinators.
